Kids Club
At Northgate we desire that our children learn about Jesus. We believe the heart of a child can receive Him and grow in the love and truth of our Saviour. This is why we gather the children together to hear from Gods word, planting seeds from the stories and characters they learn about.
Just as our pastor teaches through the word of God with the adults of our fellowship, the children learn through the Bible one book at a time. We also sing songs as we learn to praise God with shouts of Joy and a song in our hearts. We dance, play games, do crafts, share stories and pray for one another. The children even learn about missions work and take part as they correspond with Northgate’s sponsor children and missionaries.
Our time together is not only fun but also an important part of building the Kingdom of God in our community. Our Lord made it clear when He told His disciples “Let the little children come to me, and do not forbid them; for such is the Kingdom of heaven.” (Matt 19:14)
As we seek to lead them to Jesus, they in turn teach us so much along the way about the heart of God. We welcome any children who want to join us Wednesday evenings at Farrell Hall at 7:00 pm as we grow and learn together!
