Worship
We believe that worshiping God in song should be done in spirit and in truth, and that our worship should be honest, simple, and uncontrived.
God has given us the gift of music. Words alone can affect us, but there is something about the marriage of lyrics to melody that creates an additional emotional dimension to the ideas being expressed; it helps us to express ourselves to God in a meaningful and, yes, emotional way. We strive to create worship that connects us with God, and, most importantly, lifts up the name of Jesus. Having Christ and His loving act of redemption on the cross at the center of worship is very important, and hopefully the songs selected each Sunday morning reflect that conviction.
